U.S. Army Selects Mobile
Armor as the Provider for Data-at-Rest Encryption Software and Services
Mobile Armor Selected to
Protect Sensitive Information for the United States Army Enterprise
St. Louis, MO, (April 1, 2008) –
Mobile Armor, Inc., a St. Louis based, American-owned provider of
electronic data and asset protection software and services, today
announced its selection by the U.S. Army to provide data-at-rest
solutions and services for protecting data on desktops, laptops,
smart phones, PDAs and removable media storage devices under the
DoD Enterprise Software Initiative and SmartBUY Data at Rest BPA.
The U.S. Army Enterprise includes the Active Army, Army Reserve,
Army National Guard, Civilian Work Force, Army Contactor support,
and Joint organizations where the Army is the Executive Agent.
